 True, they did keep telling the world how "the video" does not represent Americans.


I agree.  If giving out Aid is something that drives us as a nation, then I think there should be a requirement to get the budget in order before we give out a dime.  How can we justify running up our debt, with money we are giving out with no intention to collect?
